I have one policy only.”If my customer is not happy I am not happy”. Returns are accepted (minus shipping) for store credit. I try to give a visual image that shows exactly how a piece appears but sometimes, one may receive an item and it may not be as expected. No problem!!

Also, if anything breaks on your piece, just contact me and I will let you know how to go about sending it back to me to either have it fixed, redone, or get a store credit.
